My name is Robinah K. Nanyunja, Iam the AGF Treasurer and a member of EPU. I am very pleased for your invitation to come and share my political experience with the valuable women of the EAGF. The road to the 2016 national elections in Uganda where I was a parliamentary candidate was full of learning and discovery within a very short period of time. I gathered knowledge and practical experiences that were unheard of in my life experiences.

Ecological Party of Uganda's Objectives

GGWN Webinar Summary - 16 April 2016

The Global Greens Women’s Network (GGWN) held its first Webinar on 16 April 2016, commemorating as well the same day in which the Global Greens adopted its Charter in 2001.  The GGWN invited a panel of Green Party leaders from each regional Federation of the Global Greens to speak about their experiences overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in Green politics, and was attended by 30 participants from all Federations.

East African Greens made their Strategic Plan in Kampala, Uganda

Members of the East African Greens Federation from the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, Ecological Party of Uganda, Mazingira Greens Party of Kenya and Burundi Green Movement, met in Kampala, Uganda, from 12th-13th February 2015 and made a strategic plan for the next five years.
