UK Greens Pay Tribute to Margaret Wright

The UK and European Greens have been paying tribute to one of their long time party stalwarts.  Margaret Wright was one of the earliest members of the Green Party of England and Wales and had maintained a high level of commitment and enthusiasm until her passing.  Over a long activist career Margaret was a local councillor in Cambridge, Principal Speaker and international coordinator, participating in many European Green summits and meetings.  The Global Greens offer condolences, to Margaret's family, friends and Green party colleagues.  For more about Margaret's inspirational life see Caroline Lucus' tribute.
